The Major Allocations Development Plan Document will provide new housing allocations in the Borough. To be able to assess competing sites on a fair and equal basis, the Local Planning Authority has developed a methodology to assess these sites. It is important that there is a period of consultation with the development industry and interested parties to find out their views before undertaking the full assessment.
